SITUATION OF THE CHEW MAGNA OFFICE
The office of Setter & Lee in Chew Magna is prominently situated in the very centre of the village on the main High Street adjacent to the National Westminster Bank. It is impossible to miss when travelling through the village on the B3130. Its window displays feature large 12 x 8 photographs of many of the finest homes available. The historical village of Chew Magna lies near the centre of the beautiful Chew Valley.Chew Valley is unique in the West Country, comprising some thirty five thousand acres of unspoiled and protected countryside which occupies the middle ground of the Bath, Bristol and Wells triangle. Dominating the scene are the Chew Valley and Blagdon Lakes, notable for their fishing, birdlife, sailing and nature study amenities. The villages in the Valley are all unspoiled and each has its individual charm and character. Only seven miles to the North of the Chew Valley is the City of Bristol, the West Country's financial and business centre, whilst the charming City of Bath with its Roman origins and Georgian architectural masterpieces is under half an hours drive to the East. On the southern side of the Mendips is the historic city of Wells, England's smallest, with its ancient Cathedral.
The region is well served by excellent Inter City Rail Links and the M4/5 links to the rest of the country. Bristol Airport is some five miles to the west.
SITUATION OF THE WRINGTON OFFICE
The Wrington Vale is a most popular and scenic rural area made up of individual village communities, many of which are located in areas of outstanding natural beauty.Spanning from the outskirts of the City of Bristol to the Mendip Hills, across the Somerset levels to the Bristol Channel coastline the area is a popular choice for commuters with good road links to Bristol, Taunton and the M5 Motorway for the long distance traveller.
The area in general is surrounded by glorious rolling countryside and offers a wide range of sporting, social and recreational facilities including rambling, cycling and horse riding on the Mendip Hills, sailing and fishing on Axbridge reservoir and Blagdon lake which are also noted for their birdlife and nature study amenities, dry slope skiing and a number of good golf courses.
Bristol Airport is located on the A38 some eight miles south west of Bristol.
